2. Order Policy

Ready-to-Wear Products

Orders are processed after successful payment confirmation.

Made-to-Order & Bespoke Products

All custom-made garments are crafted according to the measurements, fabric selection, and design specifications approved by the customer.

Once production begins, modifications may not be possible.

3. Pricing Policy

  • All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR).
  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
  • Applicable taxes will be added as per government regulations.
  • Promotional offers and discounts are available for limited periods only.

4. Payment Policy

Orders will be confirmed only after payment authorization is received.

Delivery Timeline

6. Measurement & Fitting Policy

For custom garments:

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate measurements.
  • SHIVAN may provide measurement guidance to ensure the best fit.
  • Minor alterations may be recommended after delivery for personalized comfort.

Incorrect measurements provided by the customer may affect the final fit.

7. Return & Exchange Policy

Ready-Made Products

Returns or exchanges may be requested within 7 days of delivery if:

  • The product is unused.
  • Original tags are attached.
  • The item is in its original condition.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Bespoke garments
  • Customized products
  • Altered garments
  • Personalized designs
  • Clearance or sale items

8. Cancellation Policy

Ready-Made Orders

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch.

Bespoke & Customized Orders

Once production has started, cancellations are not permitted as materials and labor have already been allocated.
